My Favorite Higher Self Guided Meditation


I do this meditation about 1-2 times a week. It is a guided hypnoses meditation that helps you reach your higher self. The first time I did this one I was able to write out what my higher self was saying and it was very valuable to me. I had even cried about the first 3 times I did this meditation because I could feel how much my higher self loved me. Now when I do it my higher self just makes me laugh and it’s still a great experience.

It will help you relax, release negative energies, and really feel the love. There’s this part in it when he says “have some faith” that always hits me so hard and makes me feel so good hehe.
