Life on Earth is not without difficulty. We face heartbreak, trauma, confusion, sickness, powerlessness, depression, and loss. These experiences can feel endless, especially when one hardship leads into another. I know this path well—I lived most of my life in a state where everything seemed to fall apart: failed jobs, broken friendships, unstable homes, and cycles of addiction and despair.

In those moments, it’s natural to ask, “Why is this happening to me?” We compare ourselves to others and spiral into victim consciousness. But beneath that question lies an invitation—to move beyond the illusion of victimhood into the remembrance of ourselves as creators. At Meashenu, we understand that each challenge is a mirror, guiding us inward to heal, grow, and re-align with our divine essence.

We are never victims of life—we are co-creators. Our soul chose this path for a reason. Every painful experience is an encoded opportunity. The question becomes: Will I let this break me, or will I alchemize it into empowerment and wisdom?

One of the most profound turning points in my healing journey came through the act of self-forgiveness. It wasn’t about excusing the past or others—it was about reclaiming my energy and freeing myself from inner blame. When forgiveness truly integrates, it is often followed by gratitude. Gratitude for the lessons. Gratitude for the evolution. And that’s how we know we’ve transmuted the pain into light.

So much of our suffering comes from inherited belief systems—programming from parents, media, society, and even past lives. To move forward, we must be willing to shift our inner framework. This takes daily dedication. It means taking time to look inward, to remember that we are eternal souls connected to Source, and that every person we meet is an aspect of our shared divinity.

As we heal, our vibration rises. And when we shift our vibration, life responds. We begin to manifest opportunities, relationships, and experiences that match the frequency of our healed self. But we must be willing to act—sometimes with no safety net.

My journey to Ecuador began with a whisper of intuition. I had no money, no plan, just a calling to work with Yagé and trust Spirit. I followed that calling one small step at a time—reaching out to someone online, having a conversation, staying open. That conversation led to a connection, which led to another, and eventually I sold everything I owned and arrived in Ecuador with two suitcases and less than $3,000 to my name. That one message became a portal to the life I live now, immersed in medicine, healing, and soul-aligned purpose.

Even more recently, I manifested a dream property here in Ecuador—again, with almost no money. It began with voicing the desire, taking action, trusting divine timing, and being open to receive. That’s the magic. That’s co-creation.

Healing isn’t easy. It demands us to surrender control, release blame, and face our own shadows. It asks us to forgive, to try again, and to trust the unknown. Often, it asks us to give up everything we thought we needed, so we can become who we truly are.

We are not meant to walk this journey alone. We are surrounded by spirit guides, allies, and divine forces ready to support us. But we must be willing to ask, to listen, and to receive.

If you’re facing deep challenges, I invite you to see them as doorways—opportunities that can lead to your highest healing and evolution. That’s what we hold space for at Meashenu – High Heart Temple. Because the path of the soul isn’t about perfection—it’s about remembering who we are, again and again, in every step, every fall, and every rise.
