There are many ways to work with upgrading the DNA through your body, cells, and your own blueprint. I’m going to share one method I’ve repeatedly worked with.
Master Cell At Conception Vessel 1
The master cell is located at Conception Vessel 1 on the conception vessel meridian line. This is in the middle between the anus and the genitals.
I view the master cell as the first cell that was formed in the human body at conception and building the rest of the cells and body from there.
You focus on the master cell (visualizing/intention/feeling, whatever works for you) and then you take the energetic template and place it in that cell. Permeate the master cell with that energy fully for a few minutes.
Then put an intention that it spreads to the morphogenic field around that master cell. From there you then put the intention that it spreads all through your body, through the trillions of cells, and the morphogenic fields.
You will want to repeat spreading it to the trillions of cells regularly. It takes time. So every now and then do the same thing again or imagine yourself going within your body, down to the cellular level and then spreading that all through all cells. See every cell of your body glowing and vibrating.
I normally view the 12 strand DNA as a rainbow crystalline plasma type of energy. So it’s like a white crystalline energy with rainbows coming from it.
Christ consciousness energy is normally Gold when I see it. However there’s a christ consciousness variation that is gold and pink. And also I have seen the Christ consciousness energy as a pure white that is glowing.
Additionally after you have done this process, you can ask your healing and guidance team to continue to upgrade and assist you with this process each night before you go to bed.
Some weird stuff can happen if your guides start doing that. For me there were several phases where I would be sleeping and my guides would start pinpointing places within my body. Specific meridians and specific locations and I would feel these taps at those spots. It happened at least 3 different times that I can remember. The last time was in an Ayahuasca ceremony in 2018.
That’s the gist of it anyway. Go to the master cell at conception vessel 1, place it there and spread it :).
Codons
You may address the codons separately. You can check how many codons you have activated through muscle testing or dowsing. Then start working on upping the number of activated codons. So for example you have 14. Then you put the intent to bring that to 24 and however you imagine that to look like, imagine that 24 codons are fully activated, glowing, and online.
With codons you can ask your soul and guidance team to assist as well. And if needed you can reach out to a helper and receive the upgrade.
I have seen Gregg Prescott specifically mention Codons and how he would upgrade them by blessing water with that intent and then drinking it. So you can also check in5d.com and search codons on there and find some more techniques.
Final Note
Please keep in mind that it is rare this takes place right away. A lot of the time, especially for the first few years of our healing journey these things take time to merge with and be aware of our multidimensionality to express it in the physical.This can take weeks, months, or years.
For myself that’s how it was with a lot of this higher dimensional work I was doing over the years. Week to week I wouldn’t notice much. But if I look back 3 months or 6 months… I could see a huge difference.
