Going Deeper in Meditation and 3rd Eye Technique

There are times when I need that extra boost to get into a deeper experience in meditation and be able to “see” and experience more. There’s an entire process I do when it is really needed and part of this my guides taught me this last year. I don’t always do every step of this process, it depends what I need.

Here are the steps: 

1.) Pranic Breathing exercises to generate energy in the body and fields and a lot in the head/3rd eye. I personally use the breathing techniques by Steven Co. You can look up Steven Co Pranic Breathing and find them online and there’s a book that shows you how. You can also just find other breathing exercises on YouTube.

Step one I often skip at this point as I generally don’t need to do that as much. But it’s an extremely powerful boost when you start doing this for a while, so I recommend it.

2.) Connect to the crystal plasma core of the earth through the feet and bring that energy up and cycle through and power up every chakra. Then bring energy down from above and cycle through and up through the spine/kundalini and connect it to Source to create a circuit.

3.) From here I focus on the 3rd eye chakra, pineal gland, and that forehead spot between the eyebrows simultaneously and send a lot of energy to charge them up. I will feel things opening like doors opening or the blinds on windows opening up.

4.) I visualize every color I can think of one at a time. Including white, black, and rainbow. So I would visualize the color red and even light reds and dark reds. Then move onto orange, yellow, brown, blue, green, pink, purple, gold, black, white. I have no particular order, I just visualize them each one at a time as thoroughly as I can. Then at the end visualize rainbow including all the colors.

5.) Next I start putting myself into scenes with my imagination. So I will visualize the beach. Then I STEP INTO the scene. And I start using the senses combined with the imagination. So I first start by feeling my feet on the sand, and remember how that feels from past experiences. Then I allow the scene to build itself with my imagination more. Slowly looking around. Seeing the waves crash on the beach, smelling the salt in the air, tasting the salt in the ear, hearing the seagulls, waves, and feeling the wind and sun on my skin.

And then I repeat this process with a scene in the snow. I always do this like I am in the snow barefoot and wearing a t shirt and shorts, so I can really feel the cold. And I do the same thing, feel the cold with my feet and use the senses. And then pick up snow with my hands and make a snow ball and throw it.

Then I do one sitting around a fire outside. Where I can feel the heat, smell the smoke, look at the flame and the different colors in the flame and hear the crackling of the wood.

I also like doing one where I go up to a tree and I touch the bark of the tree and feel it and imagine the patterns in the bark.

Basically you can do it with anything you want and get really creative with it. Those are just what I use and are examples. But the main thing is starting to step inside the visualization and immerse yourself in it with your senses.

6.) At this point I am much deeper and have opened up a lot and call in guides, higher self, or just surrender and see what comes. Then when I get a glimpse or a thought of something, then I go there and start building the scene out and immersing myself in it. It could be like a temple I step into with a guide and they will remind me (step all the way in, come in). And then allow my imagination to slowly build the scene looking around and then immersing myself into it with my senses. Then it’s like I am sitting in a room more present and able to get a really good clear communication back and forth with the guides and have things shown in front of me in the scene.

Remember this doesn’t always happen at once, but using this method repeatedly over time can make a big difference and help initiate a deeper more intense meditation experience. Enjoy!
