This is my prayer that I use to protect myself and the recipient during my energy healing sessions.
First I ground myself by connecting into the crystal core of the Earth below and I usually just connect to the sun above.
SETTING ENERGY FOR OPENING THE SESSION:
We ask that our Soul Groups, Our Guides/Angels, Saint Germain, Archangel Michael, Archangel Raphael, Archangel Metatron, Saint Germaine, Mother Mary, Sanat Kumara, & our Higher Selves of light & wisdom guide this session.
We ask that only love, light, & positive energy be exchanged and allowed. We surround this session in the golden light of the divine for truth and healing. Only that which is appropriate be exchanged and ask that the information & energy be held & dispersed in a safe way for all involved.
(state intentions for session. For example Aura Cleansing, chakra balancing, and help being sick, or an emotional issue, etc)
